Requirements:

Active Massachusetts SLPA license

Completion of an accredited SLPA training program

Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred

Ability to provide therapy assistance under the direction of a licensed SLP

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision

Document student performance and maintain therapy records

Assist in developing and adapting materials for therapy sessions

Participate in classroom activities to support language development

Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs and educational staff
